Ayurveda is the science of natural healing that is most effective. Ayurveda also aims at the permanent cure of the problem by dealing with the root cause of the illness. Illness and disease occur as a result of an imbalance in the body, Ayurveda maintains a balance in the body. Ayurveda not only cures you but also helps you gain immunity. Ayurveda is the mother of all medication and most other forms of medication are derived from it. Ayurveda originated about 5000 years ago in India.
Homeopathy was founded in Germany by Samuel Christian Hahnemann 200 years ago. Homeopathy is also a field of medicine which that deals with the root of the problem and gives a permanent solution. The disease that is treated is less likely to return with Homeopathy as it is a holistic approach to health that aids the body to heal itself by improving the immune system. Homeopathy is scientific, natural and safe in the treatments and prescriptions. Homeopathic medicines use plants, herbs, root, and mineral substances. The Homeopathy medicines are prepared by a process known as succession. The process includes diluting the substance in alcohol or distilled water.
Ayurveda is the oldest system of medicine and homeopathy is increasingly becoming popular amongst the different medicinal systems available, but allopathy has the biggest share of the market for the most preferred system of medicine. Every individual responds in a different way to various medicines and treatments. The difference in symptoms and reactions is what makes every individual response to these medicines in a unique way.
Allopathy is a drug therapy that involves chemical treatment to cure illness and diseases. Allopathy medicines saved millions of lives of people suffering from serious illness through modern medicine. Allopathy does not provide a permanent cure because the drugs are only made to cure the reaction and not the cause. Allopathic medicines are associated with side effects and taking them in excess can lead to accumulation of toxins and chemicals. Ayurvedic and Homeopathic medicines are safe to consume in the long run although allopathic medicines are much faster as far as providing relief. The advantage of Allopathy medicines over the other forms of medicines is that they give fast and instant results. Although Allopathy helps to heal quickly, the side effects that are caused is something to think about.
Allopathy and the western medical treatment have a one-size-fits-all solution to illnesses that fail to treat some patients with unique needs. Ayurveda looks into the individuals’ issues and symptoms prescribing medicines.
Ayurveda uses natural herbs, vegetable drugs, root, milk, etc, To keep the body in balance. Ayurveda also has a need for a healthy digestive system, good excretion, exercise, and meditation. Homeopathy believes that there are a lot of external and internal toxins that disturb health and can be cured of the root cause. Allopathic, on the other hand, deals with treatment with the use of medicine for emergencies and quick relief.
Ayurvedic medicine aims at a holistic treatment of the body and ensures a healthy lifestyle and wellbeing. Ayurveda works by triggering the natural healing mechanism in our bodies using natural gifts of nature. Here are some reasons why Ayurveda should be considered as for treating illnesses and disease.

What is Ayurveda?
Ayurveda is a medical system which sprang up in India. The contemporary concepts of Ayurvedic medicinal practices are a subset of alternative medicine. Globally, Ayurveda treatments have spread beyond India in the medical world especially in proffering ailment remedies, medical cases, and healthily applications.
Origin of Ayurveda Medicine
The Ayurveda innovations start on the myths of transfer of medical knowledge via Gods to spiritual men, and eventually to prudence. On account of Sushruta Samhita (Sushruta’s Compendium), he propounded that Dhanvantari, Hindu god of Ayurveda, a king of Varanasi as well as medicine tutor/scholar who impart medicinal knowledge to a clan of physicians and Sushruta was one of his students.
Some scholars asserted that Ayurveda hailed before the historic era, the notions of Ayurveda reigned from or before the time of the Indus Valley Civilization. Ayurveda gained global pedigree during the Vedic period.
There further exist the non-Vedic systems which include Buddhism and Jainism, whose medical concepts and therapies appear in the classical Ayurveda texts.
Ayurveda therapies buttressed on three elemental substances, the humor (Sanskrit doṣas), wind (Sanskrit vāta), bile (pitta) and phlegm (kapha), and equality (Skt. sāmyatva) of the doṣas results in health, while inequality (viṣamatva) results in disease.
Effects of Overweight or Obesity
Overweight and obese humans are predisposed to :
* Problems with Bones and joints
* Hindrance to breath which results in difficulties in partaking in exercise, sports, physical health activities
* Fervent asthma symptoms (sneezing and bridge in breathe).
* Problems are breathing and having a sleepless night.
* Abnormal growth of fats, overweight and irregular menstrual cycles and fertility problems for females
* Liver and gallbladder disease
* Develop unhealthy dieting habits such as anorexia nervosa and bulimia
* Exposure to endless depression
* Prone to the risk of substance abuse
Ayurveda Remedies For Overweight or Obesity
Ayurveda controls your fat cells and offers lasting remedies to curb excessive fats in the body. Ayurveda introduced a unique concept which is known in Ayurvedic medicine known as ama that is substance to losing weight. Ama means “toxins” which are impurities in our bodies that are the result of improper diet, chronic stress, and environmental pollutants. Toxins thereby accumulate which leads to weight gain, especially in those hard-to-remove fats in the stomach, hips and thighs region of the human body.
The Ayurveda’s methods of extracting toxins (Ama) from the body system includes:
Examine if you have toxins in your body. Once you recognize that you have an accumulation of ama in your body, then it is time to take measures to reduce these toxins in the body.
Taking of special “detox” tea. It’s composed of ingredients that help to enhance digestion, extract fat, and cleanse the fat zones in the body by removing ama.
Taking of Triphala powder with warm water. Triphala powder is an ancient Ayurvedic herb that is composed of three dried Indian superfruits that work synergistically together: Amalaki, haritaki, and bibhitaki.
Amalaki works as a natural antioxidant and reduces excess inflammation from the body. It also helps to enhance lean body mass and retain healthy blood sugar levels.
Haritaki aid in the cleansing process of the body by removing toxins that accumulate in the colons in the body. Bibhitaki is specifically effective in removing the accumulation of fats and fluids in the body.
Consume 50% of your daily calories at lunch. Instead of starving yourself, eat your heavy calories at lunch.
Add curry powder to each meal. Ayurvedic medicine knows six tastes – sweet, astringent, pungent, bitter and sour. To be satisfied at a meal and consume less, you have to eat food with all six tastes, which would stimulate your digestion and reduce fats in your body.
Undergoing a raw silk glove massage, known as gharshana, is a less costly and simple house treatment that conquers fat in the body. Raw silk massage help to energize and reduce toxins from the body. It’s assigned to aid with loss of weight, water retention, impurities removal, and cellulitis, thereby enhancing lymphatic excretion and circulation, which helps to circulate toxins and fat out of your body and helps in healthy digestion.
